Information on on Contributing to! – the Ted DeLaney Youth Opportunity Grant Programs!
The Rockbridge NAACP’s Youth Opportunity Grant Programs are named in honor of Dr. Ted DeLaney, Professor Emeritus of History at Washington and Lee University and Rockbridge NAACP’s 2018 Freedom Fund Banquet Honoree.
